Sciatica (pain, numbness or tingling radiating down the leg from the lower back or buttock) is a condition we see regularly. Chiropractic care aims to address the underlying cause by reducing pressure on the sciatic nerve through spinal adjustments and supportive exercises. For more information check out the chiropractic for sciatica section on our website.

The physical demands of trade work, heavy lifting, repetitive movements and awkward postures place significant strain on the spine and joints. Regular chiropractic care may help manage pain, maintain mobility and keep you at your best for longer. For more information check out the chiropractic for tradies section on our website.

Neck pain, stiffness and shoulder tension are among the most common complaints we see. Whether it’s from desk work, screen use, physical labour or stress, we’ll work to identify the cause.

Standard chiropractic appointments are not covered by Medicare.
However, if your GP has created a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan and referred you, you may be eligible for a medicare rebate for up to 5 allied health visits per year. Speak to your GP if you think this may apply to you.

Many private health funds cover chiropractic under their extras cover. The amount rebated depends on your specific policy. We recommend checking with your insurer before your first visit.
-
We do not offer HICAPS in our practice.
In recent years some Private Health Insurance funds have introduced policies that allow them to request access confidential patient records.
Although we don’t offer this in the practice we are more than happy to assist you in claiming via your insurers app or online portal. -
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may be waiting.
