Chiropractic for Tradies
Tradies and manual workers are some of the hardest working people we see at Langwarrin Family Chiropractic, and among the most likely to push through pain until it becomes a more serious problem. We understand that taking time off isn’t always an option, and that your body takes a level of daily load that most people don’t experience. Our job is to help you manage that load, stay on the tools, and address problems before they force your hand.
Physical work involves sustained loading, repetitive movement, awkward positions, heavy lifting often combined and for long hours. Over time, these demands accumulate in the spine, joints and muscles in ways that might not show up immediately.
What we commonly see:
Lower back pain from lifting, bending, twisting and prolonged physical work
Acute back episodes, the kind that stop you in your tracks on the job
Neck pain, headaches and shoulder complaints from sustained postures and overhead work
Knee and hip pain from kneeling, squatting or working on uneven ground
Sciatica and referred leg pain from disc or joint irritation
Cumulative strain from years of physically demanding work
Injury recovery and return to work support
-
That’s exactly the goal. Many of our trades patients come to us specifically to manage pain and maintain function so they can keep working. We focus on practical, sustainable care that fits your work demands.
-
It’s never too late. Chronic occupational back pain is something we work with regularly and there is almost always something that can be done to improve how you feel and function.
-
To accommodate tradespeople who need to be on site early. we have morning appointments that start from 8am and afternoon/evening appointments that go to 7pm.
